At present they have a vacancy within their Corporate/Commercial department for an experienced Solicitor. The successful candidate is likely to have at least 4-8 years recent and relevant experience and would be expected to have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, and relish the challenges of delivering a high quality service, as well as being involved in the marketing, development and management of the department. The role involves handling primarily corporate transactions, in a busy department with a good flow of deals and being a "trusted adviser" to a wide range of SME owners. Clients range from UK operations of multinational groups to early stage entrepreneurial companies. There is a strong ethos of knowledge sharing in the Department and a great team spirit.
