CORPORATE TAX LAWYER - OXFORDSHIRE
A great opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Solicitor 1 + PQE to get involved in all aspects of Corporate Tax work.
The firm deal with both UK and international taxation, including cross-border transactions, flotations, M&As, re-organisations, corporate finance, and venture capital work for a wide range of clients. Expertise in real estate taxes would be a distinct advantage but experience of IP licensing and e-commerce, employment tax and tax on share options would also be of interest.
You will report directly to our partner and Head of Corporate Tax, who before joining the firm, led the tax department at the London office of a leading US firm.
Qualifications Required
Confident and personable - able to place clients at ease and build rapport
A team player - willing to support others and not stand on their dignity
Experience in property tax matters
Willingness to do some training/speaking/internal networking
Motivated and ambitious
