Our client is one of the leading legal practices in Oxford. They are currently have a vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor to join their well regarded team.
The Corporate group has a broad range of clients ranging from entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses to circa £500M turnover businesses.
The successful candidate should have at least 4 years post qualification experience.
It is essential that you will have considerable experience, gained either in-house or at another law firm, in one or more of the following areas of law:
-Mergers, Acquisitions & Disposals
-Corporate Finance & Private Equity
-Company Law & Corporate Governance
The nature of the Oxford location means there is a high level of work from the University and Technology sectors.
