This top tier Corporate firm are expanding their East Midlands team. They are looking for a top quality Corporate Solicitor to join a well balanced and busy team managing work for local, national and international clients.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years PQE, although less experienced will be considered. All levels of PQE must be able to demonstrate an ambition to succeed in Corporate law, backed up with good quality experience and excellent academics.
Working alongside some highly rated Corporate professionals, you will be handling a range of work including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity and joint ventures. In the longer term you with get the opportunity to specialise in a niche area if so desired; the long term career path with this firm is second to none.
