Senior Corporate Solicitor - Manchester

They are looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Solicitor with several years experience behind them. The successful candidate will be capable of dealing with significant Corporate transactions in all respects, having dealt with good quality corporate work to date, whether comprising M & A, private equity or PLC work. This will be an opportunity for the Solicitor to experience a variety of corporate work. They will be self motivated, commercially minded and have excellent client care skills. A team player, who is also able to work alone but with support.
