My client is a leading player with an expert team of corporate solicitors acting for a wide ranging client base.
The Corporate team also have a proven track record of dealing with a wide range of corporate finance issues working in corporate banking and finance, investment banking, venture capital and private equity.
They have considerable experience of acting for major companies and individuals on both transactional and non transactional work.
The client base includes a number of Fortune 500 companies, UK listed companies, major industrial and provident societies, owner managed businesses, partnerships and wealthy individuals.
You will ideally have an understanding of corporate governance, public markets, joint ventures, venture capital/ private equity, M&A’s and disposals, MBO’s/ MBI’s, transaction services, shareholder agreements and corporate and property corporate support.
