Corporate Lawyer – top 20 UK firm
Exceptional corporate solicitor with 3+ years PQE required to join a top 20 UK law firms Manchester team.
You will benefit from the significant experience in the existing team giving advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotation’s, takeovers etc.
Applicants should have a strong academic background, be commercially astute, articulate and a strong team player. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have gained experience within a city firm.
