Our client a top 200 commercial firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor - around 2 years PQE.
You will have experience of acquisitions, disposals, MBIs and MBOs, refinancing, capital ventures and joint ventures.
Additional to basic salary, which is competitive, there is a comprehensive benefits package that includes 25 days holiday, medical insurance and pension contributions.
