A Norwich based firm of solicitors is looking for a strong Corporate Lawyer with around 3 years PQE to provide advice across a broad range of corporate transactions. You will ideally have experience in some if not all of the following areas:
" M & A
" Joint ventures
" Financing
" Corporate recovery and restructuring
" General corporate and commercial work.
You will need to have sound marketing and business development skills and be prepared to help develop and take forward a newly established department.
