NQ Solicitor - Corporate: This is a gem of an NQ opportunity with one of the Newcastle's leading law firms. Your role will encompass a full range of corporate transactions including: public and private mergers and acquisitions, regulatory work, business start-ups, share and business sales and purchases, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, stock market flotations, MBO's and venture capital for private equity houses.
