A Corporate Finance Solicitor is sought to join the Newcastle offices of our well established client.
We are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor of 2-5 yrs PQE to help build the portfolio of clients and to assist the continued growth and future development of the team.
The corporate Finance team deal with flotation and share issues, management buy-outs, Venture Capital, Acquisitions and Disposals and Executive and Employee share schemes.
The successful candidate will have experience in company and business acquisitions, disposals and mergers and joint ventures. They must also have the capacity to manage a caseload and be able to work with minimal supervision.
