A skilled and experienced Solicitor with sound Corporate Finance experience is currently required for a Newcastle-upon-Tyne law firm. Salary up to £60k.
The Client: Our client is a leading law firm that has been successfully established for nearly 200 years and currently operates from three successful offices. They are a progressive and developing firm who continues to grow in strength and depth to ensure that they provide the best possible service to all their clients.
The Role: Our client is currently looking to recruit a talented Corporate Finance Solicitor to help build up their portfolio of clients and to assist the continued growth and development of the team. The successful candidate must have experience in company and business acquisitions, disposals and mergers and joint ventures. Candidates must have the capacity to manage a caseload and the ability to take responsibility for their own clients. Candidates should possess both the ability to work with minimal supervision on appropriate deals and also to work as part of a team on larger transactions. Candidates will also be responsible for winning new work for the team and identifying further opportunities for business development.
This role will be best suited to a qualified Solicitor who currently works at or has previous experience of working for a top tier regional firm. Salary up to £60k.
