Thriving corporate team in Manchester seeks experienced corporate tax lawyer due to expansion.
An opportunity has arisen at this established and thriving commercial practice for an experienced corporate tax lawyer. Working within the firm's corporate group and directly with one other corporate tax lawyer your work will include Tax Deeds/Conenants, Tax Warranties, EMI options, LTIPS, VAT and SDLT matters.
Ideally you should have no less than 5 years PQE, however, consideration will be given to lawyers with less experience. This firm is a meritocracy and as such there will be genuine partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
