National firm seeks corporate tax lawyer - Excellent opportunity with Partnership potential.
An opportunity has arisen at this national firm for an experienced corporate tax lawyer. Working alongside highly regarded and Chambers recognised Partners you will be exposed to high quality and high value work.
This is a great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Corporate Tax work. The firm deals with both UK and international taxation, including cross-border transactions, flotations, M&As, re-organisations, corporate finance, and venture capital work for a wide range of clients. Expertise in real estate taxes would be a distinct advantage but experience of IP licensing and e-commerce, employment tax and tax on share options would also be of interest.
