Our Client, who are a highly reputable top tier firm recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers are seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their successful firm.
The successful candidate will provide a broad range of transactional and advisory services to institutions, entrepreneurs as well as public and private companies.
You will typically advise on Corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, buying and selling businesses and assets, joint ventures, international transactions and business support, corporate re-organisations and de-mergers, raising development capital, IPOs and secondary offerings, institutionally backed management buy-outs and buy-ins, stock exchange and financial services compliance and company secretarial services.
