CORPORATE FINANCE SOLICITOR - MANCHESTER
We are interested in hearing from candidates with solid mainstream corporate finance experience preferably with exposure to M&A, both national and international, public equity (including some plc work), private equity and corporate advisory work. Candidates must have a strong academic (minimum 2:1) and practice background.
Corporate Finance Solicitors are required to advise, negotiate and draft on a broad range of corporate matters. This is an exciting time to join the Corporate team, with the opportunity to get involved in a highly varied caseload with plenty of scope for direct client contact. Supervision is provided relative to the level of pqe, but individuals will be given a high degree of autonomy from day one.
