Junior corporate assistant sought by this established regional firm in Manchester city centre.
Joining an established yet expanding team you will handle a varied caseload that will involve high value M&A, MBOs and MBI's, acquisition finance, restructuring and refinancing among other aspects of general corporate law.
You should have no less than one year PQE gained within a recognised commercial practice. This firm offers an excellent remuneration package as well as a defined career path to Partnership.
