This highly regarded practice consists of 5 partners, 8 solicitors and 3 trainees. They cover the full range of property and corporate tax issues (the latter in the context of M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and private equity deals). The team also provides industry specific advice and can advise on both direct and indirect taxes in relation to film funding and other structured finance, a myriad of funds structures (whatever the asset class), e-commerce, exploitation and intellectual property, outsourcing and betting and gaming.The successful candidate will be a qualified tax solicitor looking to practise in a very wide range of tax areas and transactions, both domestic and overseas. He/she will work with all three of the tax partners and will be required to work closely with other teams from across the firm such as corporate, real estate, banking, film and share schemes.
