Our client, a well renowned global firm, has a fantastic opportunity for a UK Corporate Tax Associate within their London practice.
The successful candidate's practice will cover many aspects of corporate tax, including in particular M&A/corporate, banking/finance/capital markets, tax structured finance/products, VAT, employee remuneration, stamp duties, private equity, international and contentious taxes.
You will be a highly ambitious individual who wishes to cover a broad range of work. With excellent academic qualifications you will have direct experience of UK corporate tax work and will be a team player.
