This is a fantastic opportunity for 2 enthusiastic and professional Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in London.
The firm are looking to to recruit two solicitors with up to 5 years' experience to join a busy Corporate department. The first role is a general Corporate position involving a wide range of work including M&A, private equity, corporate finance and providing mainstream corporate advice to a range of both public and private clients.
The second role is for a commercial solicitor and the range of work will include IT project and outsourcing, general IT contract drafting including software development and implementation agreements, licence agreements and maintenance and support agreements, IP issues, franchising, distribution and similar agreement drafting and commercial and due diligence support.
Both roles will have a high level of partner and client contact and will require involvement in marketing and business development. Successful candidates should be highly motivated with the ability to work on his/her own initiative and be commercially minded to be an effective member of the team.
