This Regional Heavyweight is looking to appoint a corporate lawyer with 4+years PQE to join their well established corporate team. The successful candidate will have gained experience in IPO experience, of M&A and other general corporate work would also be useful.
Excellent academics and an enthusiastic team focused approach are essential to fit into this Legal 500 practice, advising on all types of corporate transactions including IPO’s, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, demergers, corporate restructurings.
