The opportunities are client facing so no backroom lawyers are sought. You will be expected to possess mainstream corporate finance and M&A experience, preferably having acted for both corporate and institutional clients. The work will span corporate finance, joint venture, public and private merger and acquisition, private equity and venture capital. You will also support clients on a day-to-day basis with advice on statutory and regulatory compliance, governance and a host of other business issues. A role to prepare you for the long-term.
