A market leading restructuring/insolvency group in Leeds are looking for a 3 years' plus qualifed solicitor to join their team. The group's fantastic reach at both national and international level and it's strong team of experienced partners distinguish it from the competition. They advise major UK clearing banks, asset-based lenders, invoice discounters, insolvency practitioners (from the large and mid-tier accountancy firms) and corporate creditors, on a wide variety of assignments. These range from bank security issues, corporate restructuring, contentious and non-contentious formal insolvency work (including trading issues and disposals), debt collection and personal insolvency. There is also occasional support work for other departments within the firm. All members of the team have direct client contact and take an active role in developing the practice. We look for candidates with a focussed yet flexible approach and those able to demonstrate a real interest in this area of law. As ever candidates must have a solid academic history and have trained at a City or leading regional firm.
