A top Legal 15 firm is currently seeking an additional skilled Lawyer with a background in Corporate law to join their expanding team. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client is a fast-growing, international law firm who offer technical expertise and aim to resolve Commercial issues. They currently rank in the top 100 law firms globally and the top 15 within the UK with over 1600 staff worldwide, therefore our client knows the importance of remaining committed to both their staff and clients.
The Role: Our client is currently looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with 1+ yrs PQE experience to help relieve a busy workload. The successful candidate will be advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments, therefore candidates must have extensive knowledge of these areas and have undertaken a similar role for a minimum of a year within a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
Team players with a dedicated and focused attitude will be best suited to this role, salary up to £40k, to vary depending upon experience.
