Job Description

This major national law firm now has opportunities within its' Corporate Finance Department for qualified solicitors who can offer excellent Commercial or Corporate experience wishing to diversify into the area of Corporate Finance. The work will cover a good mix of quality transactions including JVs, M&A's, institutional investments and senior debt, both for the public and private sectors. Candidates with a good track record in Corporate Finance are preferred but consideration will be given to those with good experience in company / commercial work. The department is able to provide training for candidates prepared to make the transition into Corporate Finance. Salaries will be in accordance with the experience offered but expected to be up to £45,000 p.a.
