Corporate Solicitor £55k-£65k+ Benefits-Kent Our client is one of the top law firms in Kent with ambitious growth plans in the Corporate division. They have an interesting vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor with at least four to five years recent relevant experience of working in a London firm or a key regional practice. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, working within a team environment. The major clients include owner-managed businesses and divisions of quoted companies. There is some AIM/OF EX work and the bulk of the existing instructions relate to transactional activity and corporate governance. This job opportunity would be suitable for an ambitious individual with strong business development skills who is looking for a partnership within achievable timescales.
