Our client is one of the top law firms in Kent with ambitious growth plans in the Corporate division.
They have an interesting Job Opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with at least three to four years recent relevant experience.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseloads, working within a team environment. The teams clients include owner-managed businesses and divisions of quoted companies. There is some AIM/OFEX work and the bulk of the existing instructions relate to transactional activity and corporate governance.
This job opportunity would be suitable for an ambitious individual with strong business development skills.
