Our client has a vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor to join a significant corporate and commercial team at the firms head office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in applying their legal, commercial and personal skills to assist with developing a successful and expanding practice without compromising on their quality of work, yet working within a supportive and relaxed environment.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with 3 to 5 years experience of working within the corporate and commercial department of a recognised regional commercial firm or a medium to large sized London firm. An exposure to Partnership and LLP work would be desirable along with experience of IP/IT matters.
