CORPORATE LAWYERS - KENT
Dynamic leading Legal business seeks Corporate Lawyers of all PQE to fill vacancies in their expanding team. A lawyer with strong interpersonal and organisational skills is required in the corporate team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate in depth experience of assisting on a variety of different types of transactions. Corporate Lawyer Key person is required to fulfil team leading role as part of the larger corporate team. A real understanding of transactional structures, skills in project managing of other specialist lawyers and external advisors together with an ability to comfortably interact with a full range of clients from in-house lawyers, CEOs, FDs and owner managed vendors/purchasers are essential for this important position.
