CORPORATE SOLICITOR - HAMPSHIRE
Fantastic large regional firm seek a Corporate Solicitor from NQ to four years PQE. The successful candidate will undertake general corporate work with a range of FTSE 250 clients and other large national and local clients. The work will include advising both public and private companies on a range on matters including management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases, reorganisations, and regulatory compliance. The national corporate/commercial team comprises over 70 solicitors. Ideally applicants will have relevant experience gained in a city, national or large regional practice. An excellent remuneration package awaits the successful candidate together with a transparent and supported career progression plan.
