Job Description

Corporate / Commercial Solicitor-Essex-£45k-£55k Our client is a well recognised regional law firm with an excellent reputation in its Corporate / Commercial team. A vacancy has arisen in the Corporate and Commercial Department for a solicitor to undertake a full range of corporate and commercial work ranging from company set up through to mergers and acquisitions. The applicant should also have experience in employment law, in particular, the drafting of employment contracts, staff handbooks and advising on TUPE. The successful candidate will ideally have at least three years recent relevant experience of working in a Corporate division of a regional practice or a London firm.
