Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor - Leicester
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor to develop their career with this well-regarded firm.
Joining a team of expert lawyers, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of public and private equity transactions such as: mergers, acquisitions, disposals and bank deals.
Assisting the most senior members of the team, you will be exposed to a large range of clients, to include: blue-chips, banks and owner-managed businesses.
