Corporate Solicitor Birmingham Driven by a conscious commercial strategy to seize opportunities in the changing legal market, this developing national law firm has grown rapidly in both size and stature. They currently seek a Corporate Solicitor to provide a comprehensive service to registered social landlords, charities as well as not for profit sector clients. You will become heavily involved with group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable formation/conversions and company law advice. You will also be occupied with stock transfer and PFI projects. Candidates will have a solid background and a genuine interest in the charity/social housing and not for profit sector, alongside exceptional communication, organisation and presentation skills.
