Due to expansion my client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to work primarily under two senior members of the Corporate team. The successful candidate will have been well trained and supervised and will have dealt with good quality corporate work, whether this comprises M&A, private equity or PLC work. This will be an opportunity for the Solicitor to gain even more experience a variety of corporate matters whilst situated within the highly reputable private equity team.
