Job Description

Our client is a highly successful regional law firm.  Their Birmingham Corporate practice continues to grow and is now in need of a 0-3yr pqe or equivalent corporate solicitor.

The successful candidate will have a background and interest in the charity/social housing and not for profit sector.  You will provide a comprehensive service to Registered Social Landlords, charities as well as the Not for Profit sector clients. The work involves group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable formation/conversions, and company law advice. You will also be involved with stock transfer and PFI projects.
