Corporate Finance Solicitor, Leicester
My client is a Legal 500 Firm based in Leicester. Due to continuous expansion, they are currently looking to appoint a 0-2 years’ PQE Corporate Finance Solicitor.
Joining a team famous for its quality of work and integrity, you will get the chance to work for regional, national and international clients on transactions such as: stock market flotation, acquisitions & disposals, joint-venture agreements, shareholders agreements, partnerships, business structures and long term finance.
The team benefits from long-established client relationships but you will also get the opportunity to organise and/or take part in marketing events to promote the Corporate Finance team and the firm.
The successful candidate will possess some experience in Corporate Finance transactions and will be able to draft documents/agreements while actively advising clients and managing own caseload.
