An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a growing commercial law firm in their busy Corporate Finance team. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to two partners with audio and copy typing, diary management and other administrative tasks. In particular, you will be working on lengthy documents. You will also have an opportunity to deal with clients on a daily basis. Previous legal secretarial experience is essential for this role, ideally gained within a corporate/commercial law environment. You must also be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and previous experience of amending detailed documents and agreements. You will have excellent IT and communications skills.
