* Ideally a Lawyer with experience in corporate law.
* Responsibility for associate training and development
* Management of the training team
* Organising training for the corporate team and preparing courses
* Planning the overall annual programme and liaising with partners
* Updating and co-ordinating material
* Attending courses and evaluating feed back
* Preparing materials and co-delivering training courses on due diligence and disclosures
* Co-ordinating Overseas Lawyers Course
* Arranging one-to-one training sessions for associates
* Taking part in recruitment and events
* Will consider a four day week for the right applicant
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A lawyer with a Corporate background
* Confident and well organised with the ability to communicate at all levels
