NQ + CORPORATE SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Leading and full-service international legal practice are looking for a newly qualified - 1 yr PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their team.
The bulk of each group's practice comprises take-overs, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions such as demergers, reorganisations, flotations and joint ventures. In addition, there are a number of different focus areas which include:
· Insurance, investment funds and financial services;
· Private equity and venture capital;
· International equity offerings and equity capital markets;
· Energy and resources, utilities, projects.
· Information Technology and Communications.
