Fabulous Magic Circle law firm based in the City have a requirement for an experienced firm wide float secretary to join a dedicated and elite team of secretaries.
The role will provide a real variety of work, varying from full typing roles to busy and demanding PA positions, duties will include, amending long documents for corporate teams to preparing PowerPoint presentation and arranging travel for Real Estate!
If you have proven float experience within a City based firm and are adaptable and able to work with numerous personalities this could be for you!
To be considered you will need:-
Experience of working within numerous practice areas (including, Corporate, IP, Litigation or Real Estate)
Fast accurate keyboard skills (65wpm +)
Advanced level Word and PowerPoint
Good working knowledge of Excel
Legal secretarial experience within a London based firm
