JUNIOR CORPORATE SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Unique global organisation actively seeks a junior Corporate solicitor to join their team in London's city centre.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar city firm background with exposure and training to high quality work. It is essential that the candidate has strong academic (minimum 2.1 degree and AAB or equivalent at A-Level), personal and technical skills need to support the client work or the department. It is also important that the candidate has strong client management and relationship skills in this client facing role. Excellent written communication and drafting skills are required.
You will have exposure to many areas under the corporate umbrella including;
Insolvency/Bankruptcy Advisory; Infrastructure Law; Mining Law; Oil & Gas Law; Petrochemicals Law; Power Law; Renewable Energy Law; Corporate Counselling & Governance - Private Company; Corporate Reorganisations; Joint Ventures - Corporate; M&A - Private; M&A - Public; Private Equity; Funds - Private Equity; Corporate Counselling & Governance - Public Company; Debt Capital Markets; Equity Capital Markets
