CORPORATE TAX SOLICITOR - LONDON A 5 year + Corporate Tax Lawyer is required to join a corporate tax team in London City. Experience on advising domestic and international tax structuring of mergers, acquisitions, finance and property tax. The candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
