Our client is seeking a three years post qualified Corporate Tax Associate within their highly regarded team.
Working closely with partners you will be involved in all aspects of Corporate Tax work, including a variety of activities ranging from charitable work to contributions at the highest level to national and EU policy initiatives. Covering the principle areas of taxation such as corporate transactions generally, including private equity, finance (including property finance and leasing), real estate transactions, funds (including partnerships) and dispute resolution.
Ideally you will come with three years post qualified experience within a good quality corporate and finance tax team. You will be ambitious and enterprising with a desire to maximise your career prospects within this fast growing group.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your own tax practice within a well established team.
