Our client is a prestigious London Law firm with an excellent reputation, they have a vacancy for a Corporate Solicitor with City law firm experience.
The individual will need to have worked with a combination of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financing to corporate reorganisations, technology start ups and the establishment of UK businesses by overseas companies.The firm attracts corporate work with a remarkable range of clients including prestigious household name multi nationals, individual entrepreneurs, universities and professional institutions.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of corporate law, a minimum of one years experience and the desire to work in a high quality, close- knit team.
