The 5 partner team is comprised of dedicated banking lawyers, insolvency lawyers and lawyers with specialist recovery expertise. The group deals with issues surrounding lending and borrowing, turnaround and insolvency. This knowledge and experience is compounded by the resources of our Real Estate Group and Commercial Litigation Group, each has in-depth market knowledge with finance and insolvency expertise. They currently have an exciting job opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor with at least 3 years relevant recent experience in this field.
