CORPORATE FINANCE SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Well established global firm has an opportunity for a corporate lawyer with 2-4 years qualified experience to join their Corporate Finance team to advise clients on corporate and commercial matters for both domestic and international companies.
Previous experience advising on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets (in particular, AIM) and corporate finance, as well as experience of all types of commercial contracts and joint ventures is essential.
Skills and Experience required The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background with a sound knowledge of company law and commercial contracts. Due to the international dimensions of this role the ability to speak Russian and/or Italian would be advantageous (although not essential).
Operating in a small team the ideal candidate will need to be a team player. The development and progression of our staff is important to us and our team based approach to work will ensure that the role holder will have high client exposure and high autonomy within a supportive environment.
