CORPORATE FINANCE/INSURANCE LAWYER - LONDON CITY
Leading international legal practice, offering a full business law service from offices across Europe, the Middle East and Asia seeks experienced (3+ PQE) lawyers to join their Insurance team in London to help drive their growth in the international insurance sector.
Corporate Finance
The corporate finance team is recognised as a leading corporate finance practice, regularly featuring in the top 10 in M&A and the top 5 in IPO league tables. With close to 300 corporate finance lawyers globally, it has extensive experience in large and complex transactions around the world, with extensive international coverage across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Their Insurance practice within Corporate Finance is a large team at the top of their profession, offering high quality work with an increasingly international dimension. The team offers clients innovative advice based on up to date knowledge of this rapidly developing area, and a detailed understanding of tax law and practice.
Clients
Include AXA, AIG, HSBC, Pinnacle (insurance arm of BNP Paribas), Bank of Ireland and the Co Op.
Candidate Profile
You will have extensive experience in corporate insurance.
The firm are looking for hardworking individuals who are able to work with a growing volume of high quality clients.
