ASSOCIATE: CORPORATE SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Leading full-service inveernational law firm seeks Associate Corporate Solicitor 3 + PQE
The Corporate division comprises of 9 main groups which consist of between 3 and 10 partners, together with associates, trainees and paralegals. The bulk of each group's practice comprises take-overs, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions such as demergers, reorganisations, flotations and joint ventures. In addition, there are a number of different focus areas which include:
ˇInsurance, investment funds and financial services;
ˇPrivate equity and venture capital;
ˇInternational equity offerings and equity capital markets;
ˇEnergy and resources, utilities, projects.
ˇInformation Technology and Communications.
