My client, a leading US firm are looking for an Associate of 3 years' + PQE for their Corporate Group based in their London City offices.
The London Corporate Group handles the firm's European corporate practice covering international transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, capital markets, outsourcing and technology, and pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
The Corporate Group represents major multinationals in the financial, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and technology industries in a broad spectrum of complex cross-border matters. Public and private offerings of debt and equity securities for issuers and underwriters, leveraged buyouts (LBO), joint ventures, and financing for private equity transactions are just some of the examples of the work undertaken by the group.
Candidate requirements
My client is seeking to recruit only the highest calibre candidates who wish to further their careers in a progressive, innovative and highly commercial practice. You should be able to demonstrate:
Experience from one or more leading law firms (UK experience essential). Have strong academics and be looking to progress your career forward.
