Are you a qualified solicitor with recent experience in corporate law and a passion for training looking for a change of direction? If so then this could be the role for you. This role will involve general responsibility for associate training and development and will include the following: - responsibility for organising corporate/M&A and financing training for associates in the corporate and financing groups. This will include planning the overall annual programme and liaising with relavant partners and PSLs, updating and coordinating materials and evaluating feedback; - responsibility for organising technical training for commercial lawyers with 3PQE+; - preparing materials for, and co-delivering, certain corporate/M&A trainee training courses; - preparing materials for, and co-delivering, the overseas lawyers course and sessions for Work Experience schemes; and - some responsibility for strategy and implementation of training for non-legal staff.
